    Hudson County Community College treasures the extraordinary ethnic diversity of our community. The College offers an extensive program of English as a Second Language (ESL) courses to assist individuals whose native language may not be English.     You may not be interested in pursuing a degree, but perhaps you do want to develop and/or upgrade your occupational, professional skills, perfect your command of English and other languages, or learn more about an area that’s of special interest to you, such as the culinary arts. The HCCC Division of Community Education offers a whole spectrum of non-credit classes, courses, seminars, and training sessions. There are also Community Education certificate programs in New Pathways to Teaching in New Jersey, Nurses’ Aide, Homeland Security and LEED Construction.
