    HCCC is fully, and unconditionally, accredited by the Commission on Higher Education of the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools.     The HCCC Culinary Arts Institute Program is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of the American Culinary Federation Educational Institute (ACFEI).

    The HCCC Cooperative Nursing Program, which is offered in partnership with CarePoint Health School of Nursing, is accredited by the National League for Nursing Accreditation Commission (NLNAC).

    The Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) Program is a collaborative program between Hudson County Community College and Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, and is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA), located at 4720 Montgomery Lane, Suite 200, Bethesda, MD 20814-3449.     The Paramedic Science (EMT) Program is offered in conjunction with the Jersey City Medical Center and is accredited by the Committee on Accreditation of Educational Programs for the Emergency Medical Services Professions (CoAEMSP).

    The HCCC Respiratory Care (RTP) Program, which is offered in conjunction with Rutgers School of Health Related Professions, is accredited by the Committee on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC).
