    Additionally, the College has program-specific articulation agreements with many other four-year institutions from throughout New Jersey and the United States.

    These agreements guarantee that if a student graduates in a specific program with a predetermined GPA (grade point average) and has followed a prescribed course of study, he/she will be guaranteed junior status and the same rights as those students who originally began their studies at that four-year school.

    The following four-year colleges and universities have specialized articulation agreements with HCCC, and have agreed to accept most - if not all - of the credits from a specific HCCC academic program upon completion of an appropriate Associate degree:

    • Clarion University- Radiography
    • Florida International University - Hospitality Management;
    • New England Culinary Institute - Culinary Arts;
    • Rutgers University-Newark - Social Work;

    Did you know? Transfer students who have earned their Associate degrees have a better chance of being admitted to four-year colleges and universities because possessing an Associate degree demonstrates a high level of commitment and dedication!

    HCCC regularly holds workshops to familiarize students with the transfer process. We recommend students attend a workshop and consult with our Transfer advisors during their very first semester of taking college-level courses
