    • Learn about your organization, your employees, and your plans for the future
    • Provide affordable trainings — or trainings at reduced costs or at no cost if your organization is eligible for a NJ Department of Labor grant or funding as a member of the New Jersey Business & Industry Association.
    • Assess the training needs of your employees, and provide you with a detailed plan.
    • Supply classes and courses with certified instructors who are expert in adult learning principles.
    • Schedule your classes when it is convenient for your organization — six days a week, 8 a.m. – 10 p.m.
    • Conduct your classes where it is most convenient for you — at your site utilizing our mobile laptop system, or at Hudson County Community College in our state-of-the-art classrooms.
    • Conduct post-training assessments.

    Customer Service: Customer Service Basics, National Retail Federation Certificate Management. As well as online course offerings.

    Project Management: Project Management Basics, Microsoft Project.

    Management: Management Basics, Leadership Skills, Teamwork.

    Human Resources: Diversity in the Workplace, Americans with Disabilities Act, Supervision Issues, Sexual Harrassment.

    Culinary Arts/Hospitality Support: ServSafe, Restaurant Operations, Safety in the Kitchen.
