All employer information session applications must be submitted through the Information Session form. Career Development Office will advertise information sessions on behalf of the employer. An effective way to recruit Hudson County Community College students is to take advantage of On-Campus Interviews. This allows employers to maximize their recruiting opportunities by accommodating the busy academic schedules of students and hosting interviews on campus.

    Requesting On-Campus Interviews
On-campus interview date requests must be submitted through the following link below. Interview sessions can be available Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. during the academic year. All interviews must conclude by 5:30 p.m. Click here to host an on-campus interview. Confirmation of your interview schedule requests and additional details will be directly provided by a member of Career Development team. For general questions about on-campus interviews, please contact the Career Development Office.

    Interview Day
All interviewers must check in at the Career Development office the day of their interviews. A staff member will show them to their assigned interview room. All interviewers should contact a CD staff member if they are lost or running late. Please click here to view a map and location to the Career Development Office – Journal Square Campus.

As a sponsorship opportunity, your organization may facilitate workshops, panel discussions, and/or giveaways for HCCC students. This opportunity will strengthen employer partnerships and build mutually beneficial connections to the Hudson community. Some sponsorship benefits include highlighting your organization on the Career Development website, program marketing materials, and publications as a featured sponsor.

    Cancellations and Rescheduling
All cancellations of on-campus recruitment sessions must be completed in writing to career@live.hccc.edu, three business days in advance of the scheduled event. All cancellations or changes to on-campus interview schedules must be communicated directly to your interviewees, and in writing to career@live.hccc.edu.
