VALE Faculty Reciprocal Borrowing Agreement
The VALE Faculty Reciprocal Borrowing Agreement is a cooperative borrowing agreement among New Jersey colleges and universities participating in the Virtual Academic Library Environment consortium. The agreement allows faculty and staff from participating institutions borrowing privileges at each other's libraries. Before faculty and staff may borrow at participating libraries, they must have a signed "VALE Faculty Reciprocal Borrowing Application Form" (available at the HCCC Library).
For more information, see the VALE website or speak to an HCCC librarian.

Services
Welcome students! There are many new and interesting resources here at the Library to help you find the answers you need. Visit us throughout your college career for information or just for a quiet place to study.
Who is here to help you?
Reference librarians are available to assist you with your research assignments. Circulation assistants will help you check out items and request audiovisual resources for use in the Library. Periodical assistants can help you find print magazines and newspapers and faculty reserves.
What do we have?
How will you find what you need?
To look up the resources you need, you can use infoPATH, our Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC). Our staff will show you how. Our books are arranged according to the Library of Congress Classification System (LC). The Library also has many resources available online in electronic databases. You may request individual instruction on how to use the catalog and databases. Ask a reference librarian for assistance. We are here to help you.
