    This course focuses on the use of the PC in the work environment. The student will learn about PC history, how software and hardware interact, problem-solving techniques, and the use of a personal computer as a workstation. Lab exercises will emphasize the handling of PC microchips, hardware components and interface techniques. The student will use a mouse, Windows, and basic DOS commands to manipulate files, directories, text and program execution.
