• HCCC Special Programs: Challenges That Lead to Greater Success!

    Hudson County Community College offers special programs designed to challenge students’ intellectual and educational growth, and to enrich their thinking. These include: 

    • Project L.E.A.P. (Learning Enables All Possibilities), a dual-enrollment/credit program operated in conjunction with area high schools that allows high-school students to take — and earn credit for — up to three college-level courses per semester;
    • The HCCC Honors Program, which offers students with a 3.0 cumulative grade point average opportunities to take classes that are more complex and more stimulating;
    • Learning Communities, a program offering two or more interdisciplinary courses in a cluster to a group of students.
    • The Center for Business & Industry (CBI) is dedicated to providing the Hudson County community with the skilled and educated workforce that will allow the area to prosper in today's global economy.
