June 30, 2020, Jersey City, NJ – The Hudson County Community College (HCCC) Division of Continuing Education & Workforce Development invites community members and vendors, including book authors and artists, indie bookstore owners, and book collectors, to the HCCC Online Summer Book Fair. The event will take place from Thursday, July 23 through Friday, August 31, 2020.

In the past, hundreds of community members have attended the College’s in-person annual Summer Book Fair. This year’s virtual event will include many of the previous Summer Book Fair features including children’s reading activities and storybook readings, and opportunities to purchase new and donated books and to become acquainted with book authors and sellers. Members of the community can attend free of charge, but must register at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/hccc-continuing-educations-virtual-summer-book-fair-tickets-107595890204.

The College has developed a marketing package for participating vendors that includes a website profile page (with bio, photo, and link to the vendor’s website or social media account); and mentions in the event press release (if registered by July 12) and the HCCC college-wide newsletter, email blasts and flyers.

Early Bird Special Vendor registrations are available for $15 until July 5, 2020. Regular Vendor registrations for $30 are available from July 6-20. A limited number of Featured Vendor spots are available for $40. Registration may be secured at www.hccc.edu/popups. Additional information is available by emailing cfarrell@hccc.edu.
