Department of Cultural Affairs is located on the 6th floor of the Gabert Library at 71 Sip Avenue in the Journal Square Neighborhood.

The best way to visit it to take the Journal Square PATH train to the Journal Square Station. The Gallery is located directly across the street from the station.

There are parking garages on Sip Avenue across from our Culinary Conference Center and on John F. Kennedy Boulevard. Off street metered parking is also available.

Yes, our programs are free and open to the public. Please read our current brochure carefully since some events may require reservations.

Everyone must present a current photo i.d. and check in at the security desk in the lobby on the ground floor of the Gabert Library Building.
