Orientation for New Students to Take Place at Hudson County Community College

July 10, 2018 , Jersey City, NJ – Hudson County Community College (HCCC) invites incoming students to attend the New Student Orientation. The program is specially designed to help new students successfully transition to college life, and will acquaint them with student life, academics, and safety and well-being. Attendees will have the chance to meet faculty, staff, and current students. They will discover what it means to be an HCCC student, and will learn how to access important resources and the wide range of activities and programs offered inside and outside of the classroom.


The College has scheduled several Orientation sessions on the Journal Square Campus at the HCCC Culinary Conference Center, 161 Newkirk Street in Jersey City, NJ – just two blocks from the Journal Square PATH Transportation Center: Wednesday, August 1 at 5 p.m.; Tuesday, August 21 at 1 p.m.; and Thursday, August 30 at 1 p.m.


Orientation sessions will also be held at the HCCC North Hudson Campus at 4800 Kennedy Boulevard, Union City on Tuesday, July 24 at 1 p.m. and Tuesday, August 28 at 10 a.m.
