Students intern at a second Human Services-related agency for 135 hours to build on and deepen the experience gained in HUS 231. This course emphasizes the application of knowledge and theory acquired throughout the human services curriculum to their fieldwork. In addition, they attend a weekly seminar and complete academic assignments including building a professional resume and interview skills. Faculty approval is required for field placement site and those who wish to remain at the same agency for two terms.
