Hudson Online, supported by the Center for Online Learning (COL), offers several fully online degrees! Complete your educational goals conveniently from anywhere. Whether you are a professional looking to advance your career or a brand new student with plans to transfer to a four-year college or university, Hudson Online can help you reach your goals! 

Canvas is the Learning Management System used at Hudson County Community College, and is where you will find Hudson Online courses. Many on-campus and remote courses also use Canvas for different aspects of the course. If you are a registered student, click here to log in to Canvas.

Our fully online degree programs are listed below. Although the entire degree can be completed online, please note that some elective courses available in the on-ground degree programs may not be available in the fully online degree program.  

ACCOUNTING AS
The transfer-oriented two-year A.S. in Accounting program is the first step towards professional licensure and certification in both public and private sector accounting. The program is designed for students seeking a four-year accounting degree that meets eligibility requirements for the CPA or CMA exam. The degree also provides a solid background for junior-level entry into the accounting workplace.

HEALTH SCIENCES AAS
Are you already a certified or licensed healthcare professional? Looking for an opportunity to advance? Step up and earn an Associate degree in Health Sciences with HCCC Online.

HISTORY (LIBERAL ARTS) AA
This program prepares students for transfer to four-year colleges or universities after completing two years of undergraduate coursework at HCCC. Graduating students may advance to majors in history or related subjects.

LIBERAL ARTS (GENERAL) AA
This program prepares students for transfer to four-year colleges or universities after completing two years of undergraduate coursework at HCCC.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE AS
Get prepared for successful careers in a variety of positions in federal, state and local law enforcement agencies as police, corrections, court officers, security officers, or a number of administrative positions.

BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION AS
Graduates of this degree are also qualified for entry-level administrative and management positions. The program provides business knowledge and skills as the foundation for more specialized and/or advanced study.

New Fully Online Programs:

HEALTH SERVICES AS
This program is designed to prepare students for seamless transfer into baccalaureate institutions in health related degrees. Many of these health related positions are not directly involved in patient care but serve as supportive services for the health care enterprise. 

ENGLISH AA
This program is intended for students who want to broaden and deepen their understanding of literature and develop their own writing skills for professional and scholarly purposes, as well as for personal growth. Graduates will be able to advance to four-year programs in English, Writing, Creative Writing, Communications, Literature, or Journalism, as well as any other majors in which writing skills and an appreciation of literature are required.

PSYCHOLOGY (LIBERAL ARTS) AA
This program prepares students for transfer to four-year colleges or universities after completing two years of undergraduate coursework at HCCC. Graduating students may advance to majors in psychology or related subjects.

You can accelerate your learning or take your time. Classes are available in a variety of formats. 

 

Online tutoring is available. Having trouble with an assignment? Just schedule an appointment and work with a tutor one-on-one. 

 

HCCC offers online advising. Advisors help with academic planning and can help you access helpful resources. Students can make an online appointment with an advisor by emailing advising@live.hccc.edu.

Our classes are very affordable. No matter where you live, we offer in-county tuition rates for fully online programs, and our cost-per-credit is well below the average. Financial Aid is available for online students.
