A board-certified educator, Ms. Lontoc has been teaching for 15 years. A Hudson County Communitiy College alumna who graduated summa cum laude, she has worked as pastry chef of Skinner’s Loft and Liberty National Golf Course in Jersey City. Ms. Lontoc also has experience working at Francois Payard Bakery and Nobu in New York City. In addition to teaching, Ms. Lontoc coordinates the HCCC Baking and Pastry program. She has developed new courses for the program and is responsible for the program being accredited by the American Culinary Federation. Ms. Lontoc is involved with student assessment and grant funding. Thanks to her assistance, the HCCC Culinary Arts Institute boasts the most current kitchen equipment of any educational institution in New Jersey.
