Saudia works at the Library, overseeing access services operations, supervises patron services staff, and develops policies and procedures.
Saudia is the Director of Patron Services for HCCC Libraries. Hailing from Brooklyn, NY, Saudia is no stranger to the hustle and bustle of city life. An information services professional, Saudia has worked in records management as well as public and academic libraries. She is devoted to ensuring that the community she serves is provided with a quality experience. Saudia's diverse background allows her to connect and empathize with the patrons and her staff. Her commitment to her role is evident and she will continue to work diligently alongside her team to provide an excellent user experience for all.
