Biography
Joe works in the RN Nursing Program, tracking and monitoring pre-nursing student progress to ensure successful program admission.
Joe is a first generation Filipino-American. He is a proud resident of Jersey City who attended and graduated from Hudson County Community College. At Rutgers University, Joe attained his Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Political Science. While at both HCCC and Rutgers, Joe was inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa and Phi Beta Kappa honor societies, respectively. Joe has spent the past 20 years educating (History and English as a Second Language) diverse students in the public and private institutions. Along with this extensive experience, Joe has held administrative positions. He is passionate about helping students to achieve their goals and to succeed in life.
