Biography

Dean Sirangelo-Elbadawy is a Registered Professional Nurse with clinical, education, and administrative experience. She oversees the School of Nursing and Health Professions and has worked in higher education for over 20 years.

Dean Sirangelo-Elbadawy has dedicated her career to providing patient care as a nurse, and to educating women and men to serve in the nursing and health-related fields. Prior to being named HCCC Dean of Nursing and Health Professions, she served as the HCCC Director of Health-Related Programs. Earlier in her career, Dean Sirangelo-Elbadawy served as Vice President, and as Corporate Director of Education at Franciscan Health System of New Jersey. She was also an Education Coordinator at St. Francis Hospital; Senior Instructor at St. Francis School of Nursing; Clinical Coordinator at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center Intensive Care Unit (ICU); and Staff Nurse at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center.
