Dr. Khushbu Janani is currently an outpatient Primary Care Physician board-certified in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine.  She completed her associate's degree in engineering at HCCC and completed her undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering at Cooper Union. Dr. Khushbu Janani received her medical degree from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine and has been practicing for over 10 years. She has expertise in treating hypertension & high blood pressure, bronchitis, and diabetes, among other conditions. As a Doctor of Osteopathy, she brings a holistic approach to patient care that considers the whole person rather than just individual symptoms. Her practice focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and helping patients maintain optimal health throughout their adult years.

What influenced your decision to attend community college?
I got a full scholarship at HCCC, and it was within walking distance from my home.

How would you describe the quality of education you received?
Excellent.  All my professors motivated me to do my best at work.  

Were there any professors or classes that had a significant impact on you?
Professor Lai’s dedication to serving the community really inspired me.
