June 27, 2019, Jersey City, NJ – Summer fairs offer an ideal way for families to enjoy outdoor entertainment and activities, and to connect with members of their community. The fairs also provide neighborhood, small businesses with opportunities to sell their products and services.

Hudson County Community College (HCCC) invites the general public and members of the local business community to participate in the College’s annual Book and Art Fair. The event will take place on Saturday, July 13, 2019, from 1 to 4 p.m. in the College’s Culinary Plaza Park. The park is located across the street from the HCCC Culinary Conference Center at 161 Newkirk Street in Jersey City, just two blocks from the Journal Square PATH Transportation Center.

The event is being hosted by the College’s Division of Continuing Education and the Office of Student Life & Leadership. There is no charge for admission. Attendees may purchase new or used books, shop local vendors’ wares, enjoy light fare from area restaurants, and participate in book readings plus a host of activities for children, and workshops.
