November 4, 2025, Jersey City, NJ – Dedicating a physical space to manage stress, promote mindfulness, and prevent burnout is a growing trend on college campuses. Tranquil environments on site often feature comfortable, lounge-like details that encourage students and educators to unwind, decompress, and take a break from work and academic pressures.
