Crystal Foster is an HR professional with more than 10 years of experience across multiple areas of human resources. Her background includes working in higher education as well as partnering with Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) and Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) providers. Crystal brings a wealth of knowledge in HR best practices, benefits administration, and leave management. She is passionate about building strong employee relationships, supporting employee well-being, and delivering exceptional service to the college community.
