Biography
Dominique directs the Hudson Hub One Stop Student Services Center, overseeing a streamlined approach to student support. She manages a team that integrates the functions of various college offices into a single point of service. This center provides students with efficient access to a wide range of administrative and support services.
Dominique is a first-generation college student and currently a doctoral candidate for the Ed.D. program in Educational Leadership with a concentration in community college leadership at Rowan University. She has a background in psychology which helps inform her empathetic and student-centered approach to service design and delivery. Throughout her career, Dominique has focused on creating equitable and accessible support systems for students, particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds. Her work has included streamlining administrative processes, building collaborative partnerships across college departments, and preparing future leaders in higher education. She has presented on topics related to student services and leadership at national and regional conferences including National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA) and the Institute for Student Services Professionals (ISSP).
