Biography
Michael leads the college's efforts to lower and remove textbook costs as a barrier to student success. Additionally, Michael helps faculty move beyond textbooks with their teaching to incorporate new technologies and best practices.
Michael has worked at HCCC since 2017, and has worked in higher education since 2009. He has spent time both in the classroom and in administrative positions. He is enthusiastic about helping students to overcome non-academic issues and promoting equity.
Hobbies/Interests: Michael is an avid reader and enjoys books on history and politics. He also loves to travel and is an avid soccer fan.
