For over 50 years, the EOF Program has provided Hudson County Community College students with academic and financial support to assist in the journey to acquiring an Associate Degree. Created by a New Jersey statute in 1968, the EOF Program is a proven, student success model that emphasizes three key aspects of a successful college student: personal, academic, and social. The comprehensive model is geared toward students who have the potential to do college level work, were academically under-prepared in high school, and have a history of financial disadvantage.
