The Hudson County Community College Foundation is the proud recipient of a new $5,000 grant from the PSEG Foundation. The grant will help students who are on track to graduate but face financial hurdles to cross the finish line and earn their degrees.

Hudson County Community College (HCCC) President, Dr. Christopher Reber, is honored to join the Business-Higher Education Forum (BHEF), becoming the first traditional community college president invited to join the nationwide organization that also includes Miami Dade College, an expansive institution that offers associate and baccalaureate degrees.

There are one million fewer students on college campuses than there were prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. While the causes can be debated, this decline is alarming because earning a college education is still the doorway to the American Dream for millions.
