Navigate360 is HCCC’s student success tool designed to support collaboration across departments. It provides a centralized space for communication, coordinated care, reporting, and access to student information.

By using Navigate360, faculty and staff can work together more efficiently to support student progress and connect students with appropriate resources.

For Staff

Navigate360 supports coordinated care, outreach, and cross-department collaboration.

  • Set Appointment Availability - List appointment windows or drop-in hours for students to schedule directly through Navigate360.
  • Communicate with Students - Use built-in communication tools to reach students individually or in groups.
  • Access Student Profiles - Review key student information, support team assignments, and case history in one centralized location.
  • Receive and Manage Alerts & Cases - View alerts submitted by faculty and staff and manage follow-up within your department.
  • Submit Referrals - Refer students to other HCCC offices directly through Navigate360 to streamline the support process.
  • Run Reports on Student Populations - Generate reports to identify specific student groups, monitor outreach efforts, and support coordinated care initiatives. Reporting tools allow departments to focus resources, track engagement, and plan targeted support strategies.

For Faculty

Navigate360 allows faculty to share academic feedback and communicate concerns in a coordinated way.

  • Submit Progress Reports - Complete progress reports during reporting periods to document student performance. Advisors review these reports and follow up as needed.
  • Submit Alerts for Students of Concern - Issue alerts when you have concerns regarding a student’s academic performance or engagement. Alerts connect students with the appropriate support office for follow-up.
  • Communicate with Students - Send messages to individual students or groups using built-in email and text messaging tools.
  • Access Student Profiles - View relevant student information to better understand academic history and support needs.
