Caroline Arreaga

Caroline is a mental health social worker at the Mental Health Counseling and Wellness Center. Caroline helps students struggling with mental health issues or academic stressors. Caroline engages in programming events on campus in relation to mental health.

Caroline Arreaga, LCSW is a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey. She graduated from Rutgers University with a Masters in Social Work. She has worked in areas including domestic violence, teenagers, LGBTQ+ individuals, and adults. She is working towards creating safe spaces for people to prioritize their mental health needs and promoting wellness around the connection of the mind, body, and spirit. Her approach to therapy includes cognitive behavioral therapy and uses a holistic perspective.
