Yes. Priority deadline for spring is October 1 and for fall, February 1. After those dates applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. 

The applicant will indicate on their application that they desire to be considered for the EOF program. If admitted to Rutgers, a separate EOF application will be required. https://secure.afc.rutgers.edu/eofapp/

Application Periods:

Fall Applications: March 15th to September 8th

Spring Applications: October 1st to January 19th

No. Only grades of C or better are transferrable even with completion of a degree.

 

Yes. They are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and there is no minimum set. Students will not be able to transfer over credits beyond the maximum, which is 65 total.

Yes, all students will attend Student Orientation Advisement and Registration (SOAR) and there are specific Transfer sessions that students will be invited to.
