Bakeshop 101: Ghoulish Goodies


Join us for a fun and festive Halloween Specialty Bakeshop Class with Chef Paula Hartman, where you’ll learn how to create a delicious assortment of spooky-season treats!

In this hands-on class, Chef Paula will guide students through the techniques needed to make monstrous cupcakes, spooky cookies, and BOOO-tastic brownies, all decorated with a fun Halloween twist.

This is a kid-friendly class for ages 9+, but adult bakers of all ages are welcome to join us and get into the Halloween spirit! Whether you're an experienced baker or simply looking for a fun seasonal activity, you'll learn practical baking and decorating techniques you can use year-round.

And the best part? Every student will take home a full assortment of their Halloween creations! Come ready to bake, decorate, get creative, and leave with plenty of delicious treats to enjoy (or share… if you dare!).

Culinary Class Refund Policy:

  • All sales are final due to the limited seating in our kitchens, as well as the amount of prep time and food cost associated with each registered student.
  • While we don’t offer refunds or credits, you may send someone to attend in your place. We ask that you please email us well in advance so that we can be prepared for any changes to the guest list.

Culinary Class Schedule Changes:

  • If the College Cancels a Course a full refund is issued.
  • Non-attendance to a Class/Program does not constitute a withdrawal, nor entitle the participant to a refund.
  • Please confirm work schedules before registering for classes. Refunds and credits will not be issued due to change of work schedule.

Participants will receive an email detailing information on each class a few days before the start of class.
