Guests will learn professional techniques behind pâte à choux with traditional fillings, delicate madeleines, rich crème brûlée, and puff pastry through live demonstrations and shaping techniques inspired by classic French patisseries.
Perfect for beginners and pastry lovers alike, this immersive class offers a delicious introduction to the elegance, precision, and artistry behind some of France’s most beloved pastries while learning directly from a talented chef who began her culinary journey at Hudson County Community College.
