Guided by expert Chef Kevin O’Malley, you’ll develop techniques that enhance speed, precision, and confidence in the kitchen. Through focused, step-by-step instruction, you’ll master proper grip, blade control, and consistent cutting techniques—key elements that improve both safety and efficiency while working with a variety of ingredients.

Moving beyond the basics, this class emphasizes real-world application. You’ll practice vegetable preparation, explore charcuterie elements, and refine decorative fruit carving techniques that add both artistry and visual impact to your presentations. Each skill is designed to be immediately usable in your everyday cooking, helping you move with greater ease and intention in the kitchen.

  • All sales are final due to the limited seating in our kitchens, as well as the amount of prep time and food cost associated with each registered student.
  • While we don’t offer refunds or credits, you may send someone to attend in your place. We ask that you please email us well in advance so that we can be prepared for any changes to the guest list.

Culinary Class Schedule Changes:

  • If the College Cancels a Course a full refund is issued.
  • Non-attendance to a Class/Program does not constitute a withdrawal, nor entitle the participant to a refund.
  • Please confirm work schedules before registering for classes. Refunds and credits will not be issued due to change of work schedule.

Participants will receive an email detailing information on each class a few days before the start of class.
