Thai Fusion Cooking Class

Step into an exciting and fast-paced culinary experience with our Thai Fusion Cooking Class led by Chef Puk, where creativity meets bold Southeast Asian flavors. This interactive hands-on class takes inspiration from mystery basket-style cooking, with ingredients being selected on the fly to challenge guests to think creatively while learning how to transform fresh, unexpected ingredients into elevated fusion dishes with a Thai-inspired twist.

Throughout the experience, Chef Puk will guide guests through essential Thai cooking techniques, flavor balancing, plating concepts, and ingredient pairings while showcasing how sweet, spicy, sour, salty, and umami flavors work together to create vibrant and unforgettable dishes. From aromatic herbs and bold spices to modern presentation styles, guests will explore how traditional Thai influences can be incorporated into contemporary cuisine in approachable and exciting ways.

All guest will be able to sit and dine enjoy their creations as well as bring home any left overs. We will have a full dining room set up with complementary wine and beverages that will pair with the food created!

Culinary Class Refund Policy:

All sales are final due to the limited seating in our kitchens, as well as the amount of prep time and food cost associated with each registered student.
While we don’t offer refunds or credits, you may send someone to attend in your place. We ask that you please email us well in advance so that we can be prepared for any changes to the guest list.

Culinary Class Schedule Changes:

If the College Cancels a Course a full refund is issued.
Non-attendance to a Class/Program does not constitute a withdrawal, nor entitle the participant to a refund.
Please confirm work schedules before registering for classes. Refunds and credits will not be issued due to change of work schedule.

Participants will receive an email detailing information on each class a few days before the start of class.
