QuickBooks Desktop Part I

Become a QuickBooks Certified User with Hudson County Community College! This two-part national certification program benefits bookkeepers, accountants, and financial professionals by giving those with no prior QuickBooks experience a deeper understanding of this industry standard software. Prior knowledge of accounting principles required.

In Part I, students explore the basics of QuickBooks including creating companies, working with vendors and customers, banking, and customization.
*Students will qualify to take the certification exam after part II is completed. Book is sold separately.

QuickBooks Desktop Part II

Become a QuickBooks Certified User with Hudson County Community College! Part II of a two-part national certification program dives deeper into many of the tools used by bookkeepers, accountants, and financial professionals. Prior knowledge of accounting principles required, and you do not need to have taken part I if you already have experience using QuickBooks. Students will qualify and take the certification exam upon completion of the course. Book is sold separately, but an Exam and practice test voucher is included.
