Cannabis Dispensary Operations

The dispensary is often the first point of contact between patients/customers and the cannabis industry. Knowing how to address a patient’s concerns and needs within the law is of primary importance. But it’s also essential that dispensary personnel are educated about best practices for addressing and retaining patients, as well as understanding, handling, and storing cannabis products.

The course consists of 12 evidence-based modules, and it employs an exciting mix of technically enhanced interactive media—visual, audio, motion graphics, and charts—which help users visualize the material. Downloadable PDFs and links to outside resources guide users deeper into specific areas, allowing each person to customize his or her experience. Even quiz questions at the end of each module are designed to be instructive.

Course Outcomes:

  • The History of Medical Cannabis
  • The Endocannabinoid System
  • CBD, An Overview
  • Dosing Intelligence
  • Storage and Handling: Do’s & Don’ts
