Carmen McGuire, Associate Director for Human Resources
Carmen joined us in September of 2019. She is responsible for administration, implementation, and communication of HCCC’s employee benefits programs. This includes handling the new hire orientation to benefits, day-to-day operations of group benefits programs (group health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, worker’s compensation, flexible spending plan, pension and retirement plan). Carmen also provides oversight of quality benefits plans, investigates new benefits programs, improves existing programs, handles benefits administration and provides analytical and technical support in the delivery of the benefits programs.
Stephanie Sergeant, Human Resources Coordinator
Stephanie also joined us in September of 2019. She is responsible for supporting the administrative needs of the human resources office. This position is a front line, customer service-oriented position, with little to no direction and advanced administrative support. Stephanie operates independently in prioritizing own workload in determining how best to accomplish work objectives and participates in special projects, as required. Stephanie consistently assists in other areas of the department, including administration of position vacancy notices and postings, internally and externally.
Stephanie Pina, Office Assistant
Stephanie joined us in October of 2019, first as a Work Study Student and transitioned to her part time role in January of 2020. Stephanie primarily assists the HR Administrator with data-entry, payroll processing, reporting and recordkeeping, including maintenance of personnel files. She also assists each member of the Human Resources team as may be requested.
Andrea Goodwin, Office Assistant
Andrea Goodwin joined us in May of 2021, first as a federal work study assisting in the Office of Faculty and Staff Development, she transitioned to a part time Office Assistant in the Human Resource Department in November 2021. Her role consists of assisting the Office of Faculty and Staff Development with facilitating professional development workshops, employee training and recruitment. She also assists each member in the Human Resource Department.
Lilisa Williams, Director of Faculty and Staff Development
Lilisa joined HCCC in May of 2014 and oversees the Office of Faculty and Staff Development that seeks to promote high-quality professional development opportunities for all HCCC divisions, departments, and faculty and staff members. Our intent is to strengthen employee's professional and personal effectiveness and integrate that development into quantifiable student and institutional outcomes that are positive and forward-thinking. Each member of the college is strongly encouraged to take full advantage of these opportunities during their employment at HCCC.
Anna Krupitskiy, Vice President for Human Resources
Anna joined HCCC in March of 2019 and is responsible for the design, development, implementation and administration of personnel policies, practices and programs and transactions of the College, including external regulatory compliance; faculty and staff recruitment; employment classification; performance management; wage and salary administration; benefits management; labor relations negotiations and contract maintenance. She serves as a resource and advisor to management in personnel, employee and labor relations matters.
