N404 ITV Room

N404 is an ITV Classroom designed to conduct on-ground classes scheduled, remote classes taught through Webex Meetings or using the call option to connect to another ITV Room. This room is equipped with the following technology:

• A wall-mounted Cisco Touch 10 tablet controller that allows:
  • Making a call.
  • Sharing your computer screen content.
  • Joining WebEx Meetings.
  • WebEx meeting room calendar.
  • Joining Zoom meetings (you need to have a license).
  • Classroom option where you can choose to have your class as a local presenter, remote presenter, or discussion.
• 4 TVs - 2 located at the front and 2 located at the back of the room.
• Desktop PC (Wacom Tablet/CPU) to manage your classes and Webex meetings.
• Document Camera to show any hard copy or demonstration to your class.
• A microphone on the teacher’s desk to enhance your voice.
• 1 Speaker Track Camera that follows the voice of the presenter and participants in the class.
• 1 Rear Front Camera that focuses on the participants.
• Audio receivers for students with hearing disabilities.
• Ceiling speakers.
• Ceiling microphones.
• Webex Board to call another ITV Room, use the whiteboard, share your screen, and join Webex meetings.
• Small portable whiteboard with markers.
