Cannabis Compliance

This course provides basic knowledge of the law and regulations governing the cannabis industry. Students will be instructed on methods to track good compliance to ensure consumer health and safety and diversion prevention. This course familiarizes students with a point-of-sale system, which tracks sales and inventory. Students also develop a simulated peer-to-peer training session that demonstrates their knowledge of the compliance procedures most common in the field, combined with their ability to communicate them to regulatory agencies. The course also describes the application processes for cannabis licenses.

Our course on Cannabis Compliance is designed to be flexible and accessible to all students, regardless of their location or learning preferences. We offer two modes of delivery to accommodate different schedules and learning styles:

Remote: Students attend the class live from home; the course structure is the same as an in-person class. This option provides a classroom experience but benefits from not traveling to and from the campus.

Online: Our online class is asynchronous and can be accessed anytime, anywhere, with an internet connection. Students can work through the course materials independently and interact with instructors and classmates through discussion forums and other online collaboration tools.

No matter your delivery mode, you will receive the same high-quality instruction and support from our experienced instructors. We believe everyone should have access to education, and we are committed to making our courses as accessible and convenient as possible for all students.
