N203 is an ITV Room designed to conduct events, workshops, and Webex meetings. This room is equipped with the following technology:

• A wall-mounted Cisco Touch 10 tablet controller that allows:
  • Making a call.
  • Sharing your computer screen content.
  • Joining WebEx Meetings.
  • WebEx meeting room calendar.
  • Joining Zoom meetings (you need to have a license).
  • Classroom option where you can choose to have your class as a local presenter, remote presenter, or discussion.
• A laptop to manage your events, workshops, and Webex meetings.
• 3 Ceiling-mounted projectors.
• Ceiling speakers.
• Ceiling microphones.
• 4 handheld microphones to enhance your voice.
• 2 speaker track cameras that focus on the participants and track the presenter at the front and back of the room.
• 2 standard audio receivers for students with hearing disabilities.
